Order preparation and dispatch require between 24 to 48 hours. Delivery to destinations within Europe and the United States typically takes 3 to 8 days. We partner with priority services from established global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to manage transit.
How can I track the progress of my delivery?
Automated tracking updates are sent directly to the email address provided during checkout at key operational milestones:

What occurs if my delivery exceeds the standard timeframe?

Depending on the objective outcome of the carrier inquiry, we will arrange either a full reimbursement or a replacement dispatch.

What is your return policy for international customers?
In full compliance with European consumer protection legislation, customers within the European region retain a statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your physical item without providing a reason. What should I do if an item arrives damaged or defective?
If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our support team via email at camping@trailcoilburner.com within 14 days of delivery. Kindly provide clarity regarding the issue along with photographic evidence. Upon verification, trailcoilburner will issue a full refund or a replacement shipment. There is no requirement to return the damaged item to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument used during the initial purchase. The arrival of funds depends on your financial institution’s processing times, which typically settle within standard banking timelines.
